Register Registration Form To register for Beading by the Bay, complete the registration form and choose your form of payment. To pay online use the convenient Buy Now button below, and then mail or fax the registration form. To pay by check, mail the registration form and check to the address on the form.
Tuition

($100 nonrefundable) payable in full at the time of registration

Accommodations Our host hotel is the Crowne Plaza
1 877 252 1558		 Attendees are responsible for their own accomodations. We've arranged a special room rate of $99 plus tax which will be available until January 15. Just mention Beading by the Bay when you call for a reservation.
Transportation

(remember to arrive in time for Thursday's dessert reception)

By air The most convenient airport is San Francisco (SFO). Oakland International Airport (OAK) or San Jose International Airport(SJC) are also possible destinations.

From the airport:

  • From SFO there is a complimentary hotel shuttle
  • From Oakland (OAK) take a BART train to the SFO airport and then the free shuttle to the hotel
  • From San Jose(SJC) take the shuttle to SFO and then the free shuttle to the hotel
  By car Directions to the Crowne Plaza can be found here. Parking is complimentary for registered hotel guests. A parking discount has been arranged for attendees who are not staying at the hotel and wish to park.
Cancellation Policy   If you are unable to attend the retreat, Contact Us as soon as possible. If you cancel before January 15, we will refund your tuition less a $100 cancellation fee. If you cancel after January 15 refunds will be given only if the event is waitlisted and the space can be filled from the waitlist. Spaces are fully transferable, however, so you can send someone in your place as long as she or he brings a completed registration form.
